Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Theyutes — theyutes.com, the Theyutes apps, the Asé concierge, and any connection between Theyutes and an external AI assistant. By using Theyutes you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 to buy or sell on Theyutes.

Theyutes connects buyers with independent merchants, brands, and creatives. Listings, prices, and availability are set by sellers and can change. A contract of sale forms when your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations follow the policy shown at checkout and the applicable seller terms.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paystack). Prices are in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes and delivery fees shown before you pay. You authorise the charge for an order only when you complete payment.

Asé is an AI concierge that helps you search, plan, and shop. You can also connect Theyutes to an external AI assistant. In both cases the AI acts on your instructions and cannot complete a payment on its own— every purchase is finalised by you, with a tap, on Theyutes. AI output can be imperfect; check important details (sizes, prices, dates) before you pay. You're responsible for instructions you give an AI assistant and may revoke any connection at any time at theyutes.com/disconnect.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive activity; no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data; and no using automated access beyond the permissions you were granted.

Theyutes and its content, branding, and software are owned by Theyutes or its licensors. Seller and creative content belongs to the respective sellers and creatives. You may not copy or use any of it except as the service allows.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Theyutes disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we'll revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to its courts, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
