How to use:
1. Put a dab of cream/gel in the palm of your hand and warm it up to facilitate the penetration of the product
2. Apply the cream onto your face starting from the middle and moving to your forehead. Don't forget your neck and chest area
3. Pat all over to boost microcirculation
4. Apply pressure onto your temples with your fingertips to release tensions, and inhale deeply. As you exhale, feel the day's tensions dissipate
