The Odey Pants are constructed from a curated mix of vintage aso oke fabrics sourced from different parts of South-West Nigeria, pieced together in a bold patchwork composition. Each panel carries its own weave, sheen, and texture rich woven detailing, metallic threads, and geometric motifs catching the light and layering together into something entirely unexpected.

The waistband is cut from a contrasting cotton batik, featuring a bold graphic print that crowns the garment and sits distinctly above the body of the pant. It is elasticated with an adjustable drawstring tied at the front for comfort and ease.

The silhouette is the defining statement. Large structured flap panels are constructed at the hip and fall outward from both sides, draping freely and creating dramatic volume that extends well beyond the body. Viewed from the back, these panels reveal themselves fully overlapping and cascading, almost architectural in the way they hold and release the fabric. The leg is voluminous through the thigh before tapering naturally toward the ankle, settling close to the foot without any additional hardware or fastening.

The contrast between the fitted waist and the explosive, layered volume below is what gives the Odey Pants their unmistakable character.
