What if the creator declines?
You hear back within 7 days either way. No payment is taken until Valentine Chikelu approves — declined requests cost nothing.
When is payment taken — and refunded?
Payment is taken at approval, held in Theyutes escrow, and released to Valentine Chikelu after the deliverables ship and you sign off. If Valentine Chikelu fails to deliver inside the timeline, the full amount is refunded automatically.
Can I counter-offer or negotiate?
Yes — Valentine Chikelu can counter your offer with a different price or timeline before approving. You'll see the counter in your email and can accept, re-counter, or walk away.
Do I get usage rights to the content?
Default is organic-only on the creator's channels. Paid usage (your ads, your site, your store) is a separate term you pick in the form — 3 months, 6 months, or perpetual.
