What if the creator declines?
You hear back within 7 days either way. No payment is taken until Ernest Precious approves — declined requests cost nothing.
When is payment taken — and refunded?
Payment is taken at approval, held in Theyutes escrow, and released to Ernest Precious after the deliverables ship and you sign off. If Ernest Precious fails to deliver inside the timeline, the full amount is refunded automatically.
Can I counter-offer or negotiate?
Yes — Ernest Precious can counter your offer with a different price or timeline before approving. You'll see the counter in your email and can accept, re-counter, or walk away.
Do I get usage rights to the content?
Default is organic-only on the creator's channels. Paid usage (your ads, your site, your store) is a separate term you pick in the form — 3 months, 6 months, or perpetual.
